Live Websites & inbox · Taking five design partners

Every knock,
answered.

A website worth sending your customers to, one inbox on your phone where every inquiry lands and nothing is sent without you — or both. Take only what you need, and connect only what you choose.

  • Nothing sends without you
  • Website, inbox, or both
  • Free first consultation

An illustration of both halves of Everyknock: a business's website, where a customer fills in the contact form and sends it, and the Everyknock inbox, where that inquiry arrives alongside Messenger messages. The ones waiting for a reply are marked, the owner writes a reply, and it is marked sent.

Where your customers already knock

  • Website form Live
  • Facebook Messenger Soon
  • Instagram DMs Next
  • Email Planned
  • Text messages Planned

Pick what you need

A website, an inbox, or both.

Nothing is bundled, and nothing is connected unless you choose it. You don’t need Facebook or Instagram for any of it.

01 · Just the website

A website that’s properly yours

Built with you, not a template you’re left to fill in. It answers the questions people would otherwise have to ask, and gives them one clear way to get in touch.

  • Inquiries go straight to your email
  • None of your accounts connected
  • Works with the booking you already use
  • Add the inbox later if you want it

02 · Just the inbox

Every inquiry in one place

Keep the website you have, or have none at all. Messages land in one inbox on your phone, whoever’s waiting rises to the top, and nothing sends without you.

  • You choose which channels to connect
  • Works with a contact form on any website — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress
  • Not yet: Messenger (waiting on Meta’s approval), Instagram or email

03 · Both

The front door and the inbox

A new website whose contact form feeds straight into the inbox, with the customer’s answers laid out — plus any other channel you decide to add.

  • Your site’s inquiries land in the inbox
  • Messenger too, once Meta approves it
  • Built and set up together

How the inbox works

Three steps. The third one is the important one.

  1. It arrives

A message comes in through your website’s form (and Messenger, once Meta approves it). It’s captured whole, checked so a duplicate never lands twice, and attached to the right person. It shows up in your inbox within seconds, no refresh needed.

  2. It waits for you, visibly

Anyone who spoke last and hasn’t heard back is marked Needs a reply and rises to the top. No more scrolling three apps wondering who you forgot. Drafted replies are built and being switched on with our first partners.

  3. You send it

Nothing leaves without you. Write the reply, send it from your own email or your Messenger inbox with one tap, then mark it sent (replies sent in Messenger mark themselves). The customer drops off your to-do list.

A good fit: somewhere between five and a few hundred inquiries a week, most need a real answer, and you’re the one answering — or fewer than you should get, because the only way to reach you is a DM.

Not a fit yet: high-volume ecommerce support, anything needing instant unsupervised replies at scale, or a team with a helpdesk it’s happy with. Not sure? Apply anyway and say so — I’ll tell you straight.

The one rule

This is not a chatbot standing between you and your customers.

Most tools in this space put an AI in front of your customers and hope for the best. You’ve probably met one. So have your customers, and they can tell.

Here the default is the opposite, and it isn’t a setting buried three menus deep — it’s how the thing is built. Every conversation starts owner-controlled. If you never want that to change, it never changes.

If you eventually do want it handling something on its own — the opening-hours question you’ve answered four hundred times — that gets earned, one kind of message at a time, on evidence. Not switched on at signup and apologised for later.

Where this actually is

Built in the open. Here’s exactly what works today.

Running live, end to end, on real channels. No design partner is using it yet — that’s what this page is for.

  • Website form inquiries — from a site we build or the one you have — land in your inbox with the customer’s name and answers laid out
  • “Needs a reply” — everyone waiting on you, at the top
  • One-tap sending from your own email — nothing sends by itself
  • Your inbox on your phone, behind your Google sign-in and nobody else’s
  • Facebook Messenger — built and tested; waiting on Meta’s approval before customers’ messages can come through
  • Drafted replies — built, being switched on with design partners
  • Instagram DMs — the next channel
  • Email and text messages — planned
  • Logins for your team, when there’s more than one of you

The design partner deal

Plainly, so there’s nothing to discover later.

What you get

  • A free thirty-minute consultation, whatever you decide afterwards.
  • A direct line to the person building it. Not a support form.
  • Real influence on what gets built — you’ll be one of five voices.
  • Your setup — including the website, if you want one — built with you rather than handed to you.

What I’m asking for

  • Paying for it — at a price you see in writing and agree to before anything is built.
  • If you take the inbox, one real channel to connect — whichever you choose.
  • Honest feedback, including the unflattering kind. Especially that kind.
  • Patience with the rough edges of software that’s still being written.

Your customer data stays yours. It’s used to run your inquiries and to fix what breaks — never to train anything, and never shown to another business.

Questions

The things people ask first

Will it reply to my customers by itself?

No. Nothing is sent without you pressing send, from your own email or your own Messenger. That’s the default, it’s how the product is built, and it stays that way unless you decide otherwise.

Which channels work today?

A contact form on any website — one we build, or the one you already have — is live and tested end to end. Facebook Messenger is built and tested too, and is waiting on Meta’s approval before your customers’ messages can come through. Instagram DMs are next; email and text messages are planned after that.

Can I get just the website?

Yes. It’s a complete job on its own: built with you, with a contact form that sends inquiries to your email. None of your accounts get connected. If you want the inbox later, the same form plugs straight into it.

I already take bookings online. Do I have to switch?

No. Keep Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Booksy or whatever you use now. Your new site’s Book button goes straight to your existing booking page, so your calendar, reminders and deposits stay exactly as they are. Everyknock handles what a booking page doesn’t: questions, group bookings and custom requests.

I have a booking link and a form, but no website.

That’s exactly what I build. Your site brings them together: your services, prices, hours and contact details, with every button going to the booking page, form, shop or social account you already use. Nothing gets replaced.

Do I have to connect Facebook or Instagram?

No. Nothing is connected unless you choose it, and you can disconnect anything you do connect. A website on its own touches none of your accounts.

Can I use the inbox without a new website?

Yes. Keep the website you have: you get a small contact form to paste into it — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or hand-built — and every message sent through it lands in your inbox. No website at all? I can build you a simple one, and Facebook Messenger will work on its own once Meta approves it.

Who can see my inbox?

You. It sits behind Google sign-in and lets in only the account you name. Messages are only accepted when they genuinely come from your form or from Facebook — anything else is refused.

What does it cost?

The first consultation is free: thirty minutes, no obligation. The service itself is paid. You get the exact price in writing on that call, and nothing is built or connected until you’ve agreed to it.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself and reply within a couple of days — yes or no. If it’s a yes, we have a free thirty-minute consultation about how customers find you and reach you today. Nothing to prepare.

Apply

Five spots.
Two minutes.

I read every one myself. No list, no newsletter, no sequence — you get a real reply from a real person, or I tell you it’s not a fit.
